What we collect
Halo Desk stores the information needed to run the beta, such as account details, profile fields, desk notes, pings, wall notes, focus sessions, and settings.
Public areas
Your profile, desk, notes, wall notes, pings, and presence may be visible in public or community areas depending on how you use the product.
How we use data
We use data to provide the focus timer, desk, profiles, Explore, pings, notes, session history, safety controls, and beta improvements.
Browser storage
Halo Desk uses local browser storage for device preferences such as scene/theme and other small UI settings.
Third-party services
Halo Desk may use services such as Supabase, Vercel, Tally, and YouTube-related links or playlist features. Those services may process data under their own policies.
Children
Halo Desk is not intended for children under 13.
